Governance is seen as an assembly of the systems and precepts by which communities manage themselves, that is to say adopt their resolutions, program their growth, manage their resources, organize their work, estimate their results, report their conclusions and affiliate in partnership networks. Being part of the teaching staff which in my opinion is the major component of a university, I make sure within the framework of this governance, to bring to the learners (students) a quality of teaching and research delivery. I also carry out prospecting and mentoring missions for interns. I also had the privilege of acting as Head of Department for GACQ (Food Engineering and Quality Control) and ESB (Basic Scientific Education). See some interim notes below.
Strategic planning is a basic action for the progress of the university and MINESUP, in particular with regard to the development of training and research needs. Performing a great practice of strategic planning requires appropriate diagnostic skills and capacity. With the establishment of the LMD system (License-Master-Doctorate) in the university institutions of Cameroon and, following the decree N ° 1800522 / MINESUP / DDES / DAJ / DU, of July 9, 2018 on the regime of studies and evaluations at the IUT of Ngaoundéré, I am enrolled in the think tank within the GACQ department (Food Engineering and Quality Control) to review the structuring of lessons in order to align them with the terms of the LMD. Concretely, this involves defining the teaching units and for each of these teaching units, grouping together the coherent constituent elements. I am since 2016 one of the supervisors of the GBIO (Biological Engineering) club containing 3 mentions (IAB, ABB and GEN). I deal specifically with IAB (Food and Biotechnology) students.
In addition to my contributions to education, research and governance, I also contribute to the development of the Cameroon nation. In fact, following decision N ° 000027 / MINRESI / SPCNDT / SJCG / RJC / 17 signed on April 04, 2017 by Minister Dr Madeleine Tchuinté, I was an expert member of the National Committee for Technology Development (CNDT), Biotechnology commission as attested by the document attached below. In fact, the work that is carried out in committee consists in appraising the TOR (Terms of Reference), prioritizing those which can be the subject of funding to MINRESI. This classification is done on the basis of originality and above all on feasibility which takes into account popularization among the populations. The expert work continues at the level of support for the project leader until the complete realization of the project. I also led a reflection with the other members of the commission, on the theme of the annual conference of the CNDT. The 2018 edition was an opportunity to present the activities of each technical committee.

La gouvernance est vue comme un assemblage des systèmes et des préceptes par lesquels des communautés se gèrent, c’est-à-dire adoptent leurs résolutions, programment leur croissance, administrent leurs ressources, organisent leurs travaux, estiment leurs résultats, rendent leurs conclusions et s’affilient dans les réseaux de partenariats. Faisant partie du personnel enseignant qui à mon avis est la composante majeure d’une université, je m’assure dans le cadre de cette gouvernance, d’apporter aux apprenants (étudiants) une qualité de prestation des enseignements et de recherche. J’effectue également des missions de prospection et d’encadrement des stagiaires. J’ai aussi eu le privilège d’assurer l’interim des Chefs de départements GACQ (Génie Alimentaire et Contrôle Qualité) et ESB (Enseignement Scientifique de Base). La planification stratégique est une action de base pour le progrès de l'université et du MINESUP, en particulier en ce qui concerne le développement des besoins de formation et de recherche. L'exécution d'une grande pratique de la planification stratégique nécessite des capacités et une technique de diagnostic appropriées. Avec l’instauration du système LMD (Licence-Master-Doctorat) dans les institutions universitaires du Cameroun et, suite à l’arrêté N°1800522/MINESUP/DDES/DAJ/DU, du 9 Juillet 2018 portant régime des études et des évaluations à l’IUT de Ngaoundéré, je suis enrôlé dans le groupe de réflexion au sein du département GACQ (Génie Alimentaire et Contrôle Qualité) pour revoir la structuration des enseignements afin de les arrimer aux termes du LMD. Concrètement il s’agit de définir les Unités d’enseignement et pour chacune de ces unités d’enseignement, y regrouper les éléments constitutifs cohérents. Je suis depuis 2016 un des superviseurs du club GBIO (Génie Biologique) renfermant 3 mentions (IAB, ABB et GEN). Je m’occupe spécifiquement des étudiants IAB (Industries Alimentaires et Biotechnologiques).
En plus de mes contributions à l’enseignement, la recherche et la gouvernance, je contribue également au développement de la nation Cameroun. En effet, suite à la décision N°000027/MINRESI/SPCNDT/SJCG/RJC/17 signée le 04 Avril 2017 par Madame le Ministre Dr Madeleine Tchuinté, j'ai été membre expert du Comité National de Développement des Technologies (CNDT), commission Biotechnologie comme l’atteste le document joint à la suite. En effet, le travail qui est effectué en commission consiste à expertiser les TDRs (Termes de Références), classer par priorité ceux qui peuvent faire l’objet d’un financement au MINRESI. Ce classement se fait sur la base de l’originalité et surtout de la faisabilité qui tient compte de la vulgarisation auprès des populations. Le travail d’expert se poursuit au niveau de l’accompagnement du porteur de projet jusqu’à la réalisation complète du projet. J’ai également mené une réflexion en compagnie des autres membres de la commission, sur le thème de la conférence annuelle du CNDT. L'édition 2018 a été l'occasion de restitution des activités de chaque commission technique.
